"The museum introduces the history of Türi Technical and Domestic Economy School from the year 1924. Teaching aids are displayed and the history of the educational life of Türi, the formation of the rural municipality, the manors located in the district and the lineage of the last owner of Särevere manor are introduced.
The museum is located in the manor house of the former Särevere estate, constructed in 1850-1860. The mansion is surrounded by an English-style park valuable in terms of nature conservation. ” (Estonian Museums)

The museum is located at Türi, a town which became widely known in 1937 after the completion of the construction of a radio transmitting station with the most contemporary antenna in Europe at that time. Exhibitions introduce the history and development of national broadcasting from the beginning of regular radio transmissions ion 1926 to the present day. Expositions include wax-statues of Felix Moor, the “radio man”, and Fred Olbrei, a model of Türi radio transmitting station, different studio, transmission and reporter technology, television and radio receivers and photo materials. ” (Estonian Museums)

Permanent exhibition gives an overview of the history of Türi town before the year 1940. The exhibition presents the history of Türi railway and Paper mill and Pulp factory. Also provides an insight into the former industry and small enterprises, including a brick factory and lady's hairdressers.
 

Fire Fighting Museum of The Retro Technology Club ''Retrom''

"The club collects, restores and exhibits a wide array of fire service artefacts, including old uniforms, helmets, brass wind instruments, photos, documents etc. The museum holds a collection of thirty old cars, numerous manual fire engines and motor pumps. "The permanent exhibition is dedeicated to the dairy history of Estonia. In the second half of the 19th century much attention was given to the development of the dairy industry in Estonia. By today milk production has become a leading production sector in agriculture. The first permanent exposition through the two floors gives a brief overview of the beginning of dairying in estate dairies and of the development of dairying on farms at the end of the 19th century and at the beginning of the 20th century. On the first floor a dairy with its equipment that worked on co-operative basis (existed from 1908 to 1950) is exhibited. ” (Estonian Museums)

Järvamaa Museum was founded in 1905 by Järvamaa Heritage Preservation Association to allow intensive exploration of the nature and history of Järva county. Järvamaa Museum performs the role of the central museum of the county by supervising other museums and conducting the research on native places. The ancient history can be traced through the permanent exhibition at Vallitorn stronghold. The main building houses funds, the office, as well as the exposition. Approximately a 70,000-item-collection includes a lot of interesting exhibits - furnishings of an old Paide chemist`s shop, a room from a manor house, a craftsmen` s room, an apartment of a Paide citizen from the 1960-ies etc. Temporary exhibitions are exchanged almost ten times a year. Exhibitions held outside the premises of the museum introduce various themes related to Järva county.

"Koeru Museum gathers local lore. The objects brought and donated by local people are exhibited at the museum. The activists of Koeru museum have studied and photographed their home neighbourhood and written and published corresponding materials. Many history-related questions regarding the district find answers at the museum. The guests of the museum often visit also historical Koeru and a branch of the museum – the restored chapel of the former lord of the Aruküla estate lieutenant general Carl Friedrich von Tolli (1777 – 1842). ” (Estonian Museums)

The museum is located in a former fire station. The museum was built over the basement of a former stable of the pastorate; it was complete in 1934. The museum was opened in 1999 to mark the 100th anniversary of Järva-Jaani Fire Fighting Service. The museum houses collections which cover the history of fire fighting through the artefacts from the previous century to the present day, including, among others, restored fire engines. ” (Estonian Museums)

The museum is the birthplace of one of the most well known writer Anton Hansen Tammsaare.

"The museum itself is arranged in a dwelling house, barn building, cattle-shed and crofters` buildings. These buildings hold expositions from the time of "Töde ja Öigus" (a novel by A. H.
